Job Description

Procurement Executive

Company: Kiya.ai

Direct Responsibilities:

  • Interact with APAC and local procurement coordinators regarding the OSR (One Supplier Referential) tool for supplier referential data.
  • Follow up with supplier contacts to obtain the required documentation and information for updates.

Contributing Responsibilities:

  • Supplier Creation: Create suppliers in OSR by obtaining relevant information from buyers/local business contacts/supplier contacts for all APAC territories, métiers, and functions within agreed timelines.
  • Reconciliation: Liaise with the local finance team and perform reconciliation between newly created suppliers and accounts payable data.
  • Procurement Support: Support the APAC Procurement team on overall procurement matters and assist in building dashboards or reports for management reporting.
  • Reporting & Tracking: Publish monthly summaries on all requests and ensure the tracking of supplier creation.
  • Query Resolution: Address requests/buyers' queries on suppliers created on the tool.
  • Ad-Hoc Reports: Assist in providing ad-hoc reports to stakeholders.
  • KPI Reporting: Publish the KPI report on a quarterly basis.
  • Management Reporting: Publish monthly decks for the Management.
  • Technical Support: Address system technical issues with Head Office when needed.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously look for ways to simplify, improve, and innovate the procurement process.
