Procurement AGM/DGM

An Ideal Candidate:

Ideal candidate should have strong experience in Strategic sourcing and cost reduction. Deep knowledge of commodity markets. Strong negotiation and contract management abilities. ERP systems and procurement process knowledge. Strong stakeholder management and analytical mindset.

Key Competencies:

1. Lead procurement of bulk & major raw materials, including Carbon Steel (plates, coils, billets),Ferro Silicon, Bitumen Paint,Iron ore, coal, DRI, coke, scrap, ferroalloys
2. Develop and implement direct sourcing strategies, reducing dependency on traders and increasing engagement with OEMs/producers.
3. Build and maintain a strong domestic and global vendor base for quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.
4. Negotiate pricing, terms, and logistics for high-volume raw materials to optimize commercial value.
5. Monitor and analyze market trends, pricing forecasts, and commodity risks.
