Processing & Packing Operators

Role & responsibilities

The Processing & Packing Operator is responsible for handling the processing, mixing, freezing, and packaging of ice cream via Extruder line / Cone / Bulk filling and processing equipment's of leading OEMs while ensuring quality, hygiene, and efficiency in production.

The role involves operating fully automated DCS controlled machinery, monitoring process parameters, and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with food safety regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

Operate and monitor mixing, pasteurization, homogenization, and freezing equipment.

Ensure proper ingredient blending, temperature control, and product consistency.

Operate and monitor automated packaging machines

Ensure proper filling, sealing, labeling, and coding of ice cream products.

Monitor and adjust packaging parameters to minimize waste and downtime

Adhere to GMP, HACCP, and FSSAI standards

Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements

Minimize product losses and optimize production efficiency

Assist in routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment
