Process Trainer (Sales)

• To manage end-to-end process training batch for leading domestic stockbroking client for sales process
• Must have exposure on conducting soft skills, process/product and system training in a BPO as trainer
• Must ensure successful clearance of agents from training phase during certification
• Must have handles more than 10 batches (end-to-end process training)
• Must have managed operations and client interactions during training phase
• Co-ordinate with various departments for support for successful completion of batch
• Must conduct various refresher on floor basis audit output on monthly basis
• Must conduct quality checks for 0 - 30 day agents on regular basis

Technical skills:

• Should be well versed with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Should have excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
• Preferred from process specific industry e.g. stockbroking
