• Experience: 3–5 years in Process/Product Training (BPO/Call Centre)
• Education: Any Graduate (preferred)
• Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation; proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Key Responsibilities:

• Train new hires and conduct daily assessments, mock calls, and design training materials
• Coach trainees on customer service skills including empathy and customer-centric behavior
• Monitor performance of new and existing employees
• Conduct pre/post shift briefings and share floor updates
• Maintain training calendar, batch tracker, attendance, RAG reports, calibrations
• Collaborate with trainers, SMEs, supervisors, and managers to identify and meet training needs
• Deliver TNI and refresher trainings, map training impact for improvements
• Support OJT with daily dip checks, monthly PKTs using gamification; share reports with clients
• Lead weekly supervisor meetings with Ops and Quality
