Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  • Deliver end-to-end onboarding and process training in banking operations
  • Design and update training materials, SOPs, and assessments per business needs
  • Track trainee progress, provide coaching, and conduct performance evaluations
  • Partner with operations and QA teams to ensure process alignment and compliance

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct refresher and cross-skill training based on performance gaps
  • Customize training delivery for varied learner profiles
  • Maintain accurate training documentation and reports
