Process Manager (Fertilizer)

 Preparation/review of process description, Equipment list, Plant BL conditions, Plant performance data etc.

• Prepare process design criteria.
• Development & review of PFD and PIDs.
• Preparation of PDS / DS of bought out and fabricated equipment.
• Preparation/ review/ checking of Mass Balance and Heat Balance calculations.
• Equipment sizing & Plant Hydraulic calculations.
• Preparation of Line & Valve lists.
• Preparation of Process data for Instrumentation.
• Carrying out Process calculation using software e.g. Pr Drop, Relief Systems, etc, Review of Plant Layouts & GA & 3D Models etc.
• Coordinate & Participate in HAZOP studies.
• Review & approval of Vendor drawings & documents.
• Preparation of Plant Operation & Maintenance Manual of Safety Manual.

You will also be fully involved in:

• Testing & Commissioning of plants & field engineering
• Study and trouble shooting of plants
• Coordinate with other process & discipline engineers and designers to ensure completeness of the engineering work.
