Job Description
- Handling SFA platform for the assigned territory.
- Can conduct training sessions on processes and SOPs
- Mapping and tracking the frontline sales manpower with the outlets in the territory.
- Analyzing the data pertaining to the outlets updated on SFA.
- Driving the inferences and results for Sales trends in a particular territory.
- Regularly updating the Outlets status for the territory.
- Guide sales team to understand the processes, tools and lead the in-field execution
- Understanding and translating internal and external stakeholder needs to align on priorities, define improvement opportunities.
- Tracking the tertiary/secondary sales and generating the reports.
- Providing inputs and initiatives on how to optimize the use of the SFA platform.
- Provide support & maintenance to existing MIS system
- Generate & distribute management report in an accurate & timely manner
- Develop MIS documentation to allow smooth operation
- Update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency & consistency
- Prepare extensive business review reports eg. Revenue reports, P*L report, Sales reports preparation.
- Create templates & formats using advanced excel
Desired Skill Sets:
- Prior experience in trainings is an added advantage
- Experience developing and implementing sales management tools
- Passionate to learn about automation tools
- Advanced oral and written communication skills, planning, and organizational abilities
- Ability to understand business metrics, field operations and market voice
