Process Expert

We are seeking a Process Expert with mandatory experience in international collections. The ideal candidate will have a background in a voice-based BPO environment and a strong understanding of B2B collections. Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as a Process Expert for an International BPO.
• Handle B2B (Business-to-Business) collections through a voice process.
• Utilize expertise to ensure efficient collection operations.
• Contribute to a high-performance team in a US-based process.

Required Candidate Profile

• Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in international collections is a must.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for a voice process.
• Expertise in B2B collections.

Additional Information

• Salary: Up to ₹6.2 LPA.
• Work Schedule: 5 days working with a US Process shift.
• Transport: One-side cab is provided, along with a ₹3800 travel allowance.
