Job Description
- This role involves providing real-time support to international customers via chat, email, and voice channels.
- The primary responsibility is to resolve customer queries and ensure satisfaction by providing the best possible resolution.
- The role also includes escalating complex queries when necessary and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Candidates must be 12th Pass, Diploma holders, or Graduates.
- The position requires excellent written English and basic computer knowledge.
- This is a full-time position with a 5-day work week and night/rotational shifts.
