Inviting applications for the role ofProcess Developer, Contract Lifecycle Management!
We are seeking an experienced Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Specialist with relevant of hands-on experience in managing contract workflows and approvals, compliance. The scope is contract operationalization. Starting from initiating contract approval flow by raising a Request to coordinating contract signature and updating contract meta-data in the system
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain Contract templates from legal.
- Upload contract details and contract scanned copies on the contract management tool.
- Maintain and archive original contract documents as per the established CLM tool policies.
- Monitor approval workflow process and expedite if necessary. Coordinate contract approvals in line with internal approval policies and customer delegation of authority.
- Ensure timely route of contracts for signature and share executed copies with requestors and relevant stakeholders.
- Log and track changes in contract terms (such as payment terms) through relevant systems.
- Prepare and manage monthly reports on contracts approaching expiration within the next three months, and work with stakeholders to determine next step
- Thorough knowledge of databases and tracking systems and work with Business Partners to resolve any queries
- Hands-on experience in processing MSA, SOWS Amendments etc.
- Identify key contract information.
- Manage ensuring proper approvals and signatory routing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of contract modifications.
- Maintain digital documentation to support audits and regulatory inspections.
- Support implementation of streamlined processes for reporting and resolving compliance incidents.
- Liaise effectively with Legal, Compliance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure contract policy

Minimum Qualifications
- Relevant experience of post-Qualification
- Strong understanding of contract workflows, approval matrices, and signatory processes.
- Experience managing contract renewals, amendments, and compliance reporting.
- Good knowledge of documentation standards and regulatory requirements related to contracts.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with Legal, Procurement, and Business stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
- Understanding of end to end of Source to Contract process
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Experience along with Contract Management experience with CLM tools.
- Understanding of ERP tools will be an added advantage
