Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer, RFQ to PO
Responsibilities
Processing supplier quotations (RFQ)
PO placement in Client's procurement system
TCO variance tracking, and CAR approval
Carry out compliance checks as per agreed process
Resolution of blocked Invoices for PO related issues (Price / Quantity mismatches)
Provide Customer Service support to Requestors on PO related issues like order status, closing, amendment etc.
Support PO Automation efforts
Drive compliance to preferred buying channels
Work towards simplifying the process through continuous improvements
Need to ensure the Standard Operating Procedures are put in place with the latest updates
Need to have all Job aids, standard email response templates, training guides & other assisting materials in place to support the queries from business users

Minimum Qualifications
Working experience on Procurement Tools
Exposure to Source to Pay cycle
Preferred Qualifications/Skills
Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Customer Service Skills - Telephone / Email
Basic Knowledge of Google Sheets (Smart Sheets)
Basic understanding of Procurement Operations
Good Keyboard Skills
Experience in PR to PO
