Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer, Claims
In this role, you will be working to in Claims processing to validate claims across FNOL, payments, and complex queries manage inbox workflows, resolve exceptions, maintain audit-ready files, support reporting, and collaborate with brokers and handlers.

Responsibilities
.Process claims accurately, using your experience in FNOL, payments, and claim validation.
.Review and correct claim details, documents, and loss information across all lines of business.
.Investigate and resolve complex claim queries, ensuring decisions follow internal rules.
.Authorise or prepare payment requests, and escalate exceptions when information is incomplete.
.Manage inbox tasks, including claim related emails, SIR processing, loss run generation, and broker follow ups.
.Support activities such as document control, claim set up checks, and claim file maintenance.
.Identify errors or inconsistencies in claim processes and raise improvement ideas.
.Complete data entry, reporting, and trend analysis to support operational MI and quality tracking.
.Work with handlers to resolve issues linked to coverage details, missing policy documents, or recovery information.
.Handle exceptions in FNOL and system workflows, including re keying or correcting failed automation items.
.Support expert management by checking documents, validating information, and ensuring complete records.
.Maintain complete, accurate, and audit ready claim files at all times.
.Engage with brokers and internal teams to chase missing information or clarify data issues.
.Join operational calls, training sessions, and client interactions when required.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
.Graduate (in any discipline)
.Relevant work experience in claims processing
.Ability to communicate efficiently & effectively, both verbally and in writing
.Good at MS Office

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
.Analyze processes and procedures and identify errors or inconsistencies
.Knowledge of different P&C insurance process and procedure in US market
