Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer, Invoice to Cash - Billing
The Process Developer - Billing is responsible for managing complex billing transactions across Maintenance and Repairs billing processes, ensuring accuracy, SLA adherence, and quality compliance. The role involves handling escalations, supporting junior team members, resolving disputes, and driving process improvements while acting as a subject matter expert (SME) for assigned activities

1. Maintenance Operations Billing
New Bookings
.Process Recaptures, Conversions, and Add Units
.Validate contractual documents and pricing structures
.Ensure accurate setup in billing systems
Re-signs
.Process Addendums and Renewals
.Execute Account Changes and Scope Changes
.Validate amendments against contract terms
Fast Track Changes
.Manage Account Name Changes
.Update Billing Frequency and Payment Terms
.Modify Invoice Delivery Method
.Maintain Consolidated Codes
.Process Invoice Text changes (add/remove/change)
.Update PO details (add/remove/change)
.Maintain accurate Tax Status
Other SSCRM Submissions
.Process Cancellations
.Handle Suspensions and Reinstatements
.Execute Price Adjustments
.Manage Merges, Transfers, and Splits
SNOW / Ticket Handling
.Handle complex Add/Update Information Requests
.Perform Dispute Analysis and support resolution

.Conduct peer reviews and quality checks
.Ensure compliance with SOPs and audit requirements
.Identify root causes for errors and recommend corrective actions
.Reduce rework and improve first-time-right metrics

4. Stakeholder & Escalation Management
.Act as first point of escalation for MTs/Associates
.Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and IT teams
.Provide clarification on billing discrepancies
.Support dispute resolution and customer query management

.Track daily productivity and SLA performance
.Prepare reports and dashboards as required
.Identify automation opportunities (macros/process streamlining)

Required Skills & Competencies
.Strong understanding of end-to-end billing lifecycle
.Experience in ERP systems (JDE preferred)
.Experience in ServiceNow (SNOW) or ticketing tools
.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
.Advanced Excel skills
.Attention to detail and process orientation
.Good communication and stakeholder management skills
.Ability to mentor junior team members
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
.Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
.Relevant years of experience in Billing or AR operations, preferably in a shared service or BPO.
.Experience supporting US-based clients, ideally in manufacturing sector.
.Good understanding of ERP systems (JDE preferred)
.Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
.Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/SNOW preferred)
.Proficient English communication skills (written and verbal).
.Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
Preferred qualifications
.Graduate in Commerce / Finance / Business Administration
.Knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, and AR- Billing procedures.
.Experience working in US time zones or overlapping shifts with US business hours.
.Exposure to automation tools like High Radius or similar (nice to have).
