Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
General Ledger & Accounting Management:
- Coordinate accounting activities across General Ledger, including fixed assets, inter-company transactions, inventory, cash & bank, indirect taxes, and accruals.
- Prepare balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and manage month-end closures.
- Post journal entries and record transactions in ERP systems.
Financial Analysis & Risk Management:
- Identify risks or opportunities affecting revenue, cost, and profitability.
- Propose appropriate actions to optimize financial performance.
Compliance & Audit Coordination:
- Ensure adherence to client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinate audits, meet customer expectations, and provide updates for management reviews.
Continuous Improvement & Collaboration:
- Contribute to change management initiatives and process improvements.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
