Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • General Accounting: Coordinate all accounting activities associated with General Ledger, including fixed assets, inter-company transactions, inventory, cash & bank, indirect tax, and accruals.
  • Financial Analysis: Identify risks or opportunities impacting revenues, costs, and profitability, and propose appropriate corrective actions.
  • Balance Sheet & P&L Preparation: Prepare balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and support month-end and year-end closures.
  • Transaction Management: Post journal entries and record transactions in the ERP system accurately and timely.
  • Reconciliations: Handle reconciliations for fixed assets, inter-company transactions, cash, and bank accounts.
  • Audit & Reporting: Coordinate audits, manage reports for management reviews, and ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Compliance & SLAs: Adhere to client SLAs and meet specified timelines for all accounting and reporting tasks.
