Job Description

Conduct outbound calls to prospective B2B clients to generate qualified leads.

Present company services effectively, highlighting value propositions.

Identify key decision-makers and initiate relationship-building.

Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

Follow up with prospects and handle objections professionally.

Achieve monthly/quarterly KPIs (call volume, lead conversion, appointments set).

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize campaigns.

Provide customer insights and feedback to improve offerings.

Ensure adherence to scripts, compliance standards, and quality benchmarks.
