Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work under pressure to meet targets and deadlines.

Required Education:

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

  • 0–1 year of experience in the Healthcare domain.
  • Ability to handle queries effectively through calls and emails.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts as per business requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
