Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate/Associate/Process Developer/Senior Associate, Dispute Resolution
In this role, you will receive and log the dispute, gather information and evidence, conduct a thorough investigation to understand the root cause, communicate with all parties involved, and finally reach a resolution such as a refund or correction. For banks, the process includes an optional temporary credit, merchant notification, the merchant%27s opportunity to respond, issuer decision-making, and potentially arbitration or a chargeback.
Responsibilities
Investigation: Researches and analyzes transaction details, account information, and supporting documentation.
Data Analysis: Identifies trends and patterns in disputes to prevent future occurrences.
Communication: Communicates clearly and empathetically with customers to gather information and explain findings.
Collaboration: Works with internal teams like Fraud, Legal, and Customer Service to resolve disputes and ensure compliance.
Resolution: Proposes and implements solutions, such as credits, refunds, or policy clarifications.
Documentation: Maintains clear and organized records of all interactions and resolutions.
Expertise: Serves as a subject matter expert on dispute resolution policies and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Relevant work experience, preferably in Commercial Insurance/Finance & Accounting domain.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Prior experience in Banking or Insurance
Ability to communicate verbally and through emails.
