Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in a customer support role and will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers. You will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via Calls in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain customer records and update information in the database.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
- Work Location: Work From Home (WFH) Bangalore
- Shifts: UK Shift / US Shift (5 days work /2 days off)
- Salary- Upto 6LPA
