Process Associate

Job Summary:

As a Commercial Cards Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting key operational activities related to commercial card processing, including card setup, account openings, fulfillment, payments, and fraud dispute handling. This role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to compliance guidelines, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process card setup, ensuring all KYC and regulatory checks are completed.
• Support account opening procedures by verifying and entering customer information.
• Handle card fulfillment tasks, including issuance, dispatch, and activation.
• Process payments and reconcile transactions for commercial card customers.
• Assist in resolving fraud and disputes, ensuring timely investigation and resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and follow internal compliance and risk policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for issue resolution.
