Technical Leadership & Architecture

• Design, build, and scale production-grade AI and Generative AI systems for sales readiness, content lifecycle intelligence, personalized recommendations, and workflow-driven productivity solutions.

• Architect systems using LLMs, RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector search, agent frameworks, MCP servers, and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication protocols.

• Make informed trade-offs between build vs. buy, open-source vs. commercial models, and latency vs. cost vs. accuracy.

Hands-On Development

• Write, review, and maintain high-quality production code for AI/ML services.

• Own model evaluation, prompt and agent design, observability, and continuous improvement.

• Implement Responsible AI practices including data governance, security, bias mitigation, and compliance.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

• Lead and mentor junior AI/ML engineers.

• Establish coding standards, design review practices, and learning frameworks.

• Foster a culture of engineering excellence, accountability, and innovation.

Product Impact & Collaboration

• Work closely with Product, Design, and Customer teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.

• Maintain a strong bias toward delivering impactful, customer-facing solutions.

• Collaborate with global teams across Europe, North America, and Australia for solution deployment and scaling.
