Principal System Consultant
Job Description
As a highly seasoned specialist professional with wide-ranging experience and in-depth knowledge in a specialized field, you will be an integral part of the UKG Pro WFM organization. You will deliver presentations and communicate effectively at all levels within the Customer and UKG Pro WFM organization. You will also act as the team's subject matter expert for various UKG Pro WFM Workforce Management Modules. This role involves facilitating workshops for complex or large-scale projects to identify requirements, documenting them, and developing prototypes for confirmation with the customer.
You will play a crucial role in mentoring and coaching other team members on workforce management best practices and solution build best practices. You will also design, develop, modify, and evaluate tools to aid the team. Your responsibilities will extend to assisting with Managed Services customer presentations, managing customer projects and/or accounts, and resolving customer escalations. You are expected to continuously expand your knowledge of the UKG Pro WFM product line through self-study, classes, and virtual training. Furthermore, you will be encouraged to propose ideas and drive cross-functional collaboration projects, dedicating significant time to mentoring junior team members.
This position requires applying comprehensive knowledge of a particular field to resolve complex issues creatively. You will possess full knowledge of other related disciplines and develop solutions to diverse business problems of high complexity, often requiring ingenuity. Analysis of situations or data will demand an in-depth evaluation of various factors, and you will have specialized knowledge of various alternatives and their impact on the business. Challenges will frequently be unique, and your solutions may serve as precedents for future decisions. You will plan and organize project assignments of substantial variety and complexity, initiating or maintaining schedules for projects and milestones. Exercising considerable latitude in determining objectives, you will also develop departmental policies and procedures, new techniques, and standards. Your work will be reviewed from a relatively long-term perspective for desired results.
Education/Experience
- BS/BS degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related discipline (or related experience).
- Eight to ten years of relevant work experience.
- Minimum of eight years of experience implementing a UKG Pro WFM Workforce Management Solution.
- Minimum of six years of integrations/APIs development.
- Professional Dell Boomi Developer Certification, ITIL Certification, Project Management, may require additional product certifications
