Principal Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, architect, and implement technical solutions for complex business problems.
• Lead and mentor software development teams; provide guidance on design, coding standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and architects to plan, develop, test, and maintain systems across the full SDLC.
• Implement new features and system modifications using Java technologies, REST APIs, and containerized deployment.
• Ensure production support, defect resolution, troubleshooting, and maintenance of critical systems.
• Assist in collection and documentation of user requirements, development of user stories, estimates, and work plans.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and manuals for system operations and maintenance.
• Act as a subject matter expert to stakeholders, influencing decisions and providing technical insights.
• Maintain adherence to CI/CD practices and engineering excellence standards.
