Teaching & Training

• Conduct lectures, clinical discussions, and practical sessions for UG (MBBS) and PG students.
• Teach residents and interns during their clinical rotations.
• Develop students' knowledge, clinical skills, and professional attitude.
• Organize departmental academic activities, seminars, workshops, and CMEs.
• Guide postgraduate thesis and research projects.

Research & Publications

• Carry out original and innovative research work.
• Publish research papers as per NMC guidelines (minimum required publications for Associate Professor and above).
• Promote research culture within the department.

Departmental Administration

• Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the department.
• Manage academic schedules and curriculum implementation.
• Supervise Senior Residents, Demonstrators, and junior faculty.
• Maintain departmental records and statutory compliance.
