Principal Designer – Electrical (Oil & Gas)

WSP india is currently seeking a Principal CADTechnican/Designer -Electrical for AU Mining infrastrcuture, Who shall be responsible for creation and editing of drawings in compliance with WSP CAD Standards and detailing practices as well as producing high quality output using Autoccad ,  Autodesk Plant 3D or Bentley Openplant. The position is for BANGLORE/NOIDA/MUMBAI location.

Expected designer skills would include:

• Basic electrical principals
• Strong English communication skills, both written and oral 
• Autocad
• Familiarity with electrical equipment and terminology
• Familiar with electrical design documents like:
• Area classification
• Single line diagrams
• Distribution panel layout
• Cable and conduit schedule
• Electrical schematics
• Lighting design
• Control panel c/w I/O schematics 
• Junction box layouts
• Process and building electrical and control layout 
• Electrical Heat trace design
• Electrical Bill of Materials

• Familiarity with Australian Electrical Code
