Principal, Contract Management

• Draft, review, and negotiate software, hardware, SaaS, and other commercial agreements

• Handle agreements involving data protection, IP, security, and risk management

• Assist in creating scalable contract management systems and processes

• Coordinate with global legal, procurement, and accounts payable teams

• Analyze vendor consolidation, service improvements, and cost-saving opportunities

• Provide expertise on contract management and guide medium-to-complex IT projects
