Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant_Oracle Cloud Finance Techno- Functional

Highly experienced Oracle Finance Techno-Functional Consultant with Relevant years of expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2 and exposure to Oracle Cloud Financials. Combines deep functional knowledge of financial processes with strong technical skills in RICE components, PL/SQL, and integrations. Proven track record in leading end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and complex customizations for global organizations. Adept at bridging business and technology to deliver scalable, compliant, and efficient ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle Oracle EBS R12.2 implementations, upgrades, and support projects across financial and supply chain modules.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and design optimized solutions.
Configure and support financial modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM,EBTax (US,CA,UK,AU,JP,KR & CN) and related sub-ledgers.
Manage inventory and procurement modules: INV, PO, OM, CST (IR ISO, Drop Ship)for integrated financial flows.
Develop and review RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) and ensure technical deliverables align with functional requirements.
Write and optimize PL/SQL scripts, design custom workflows, and troubleshoot application issues.
Coordinate with DBA and development teams for performance tuning, patching, and data fixes.
Ensure compliance with SOX, VAT, and audit requirements implement internal controls.
Conduct UAT, prepare MD050/BRD documentation, and deliver end-user training.
Stay updated on Oracle patches, new features, and transition strategies to Oracle Cloud Financials.

Minimum Qualifications

Core Functional Expertise

  • Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Financials:

  • GL, AP, AR, FA, AGIS, iExpense

  • Extensive EBTax experience with multi‑country configurations:

  • US Sales Tax, UK VAT, China Golden Tax, Japan Consumption Tax

  • Strong understanding of Costing & COGS accounting:

  • Standard/Average costing, cost elements, intercompany flows

Integration & Technical Collaboration

  • Credit card/payment gateway integrations (CyberSource, BillTrust)

  • Advanced Pricing (modifiers, qualifiers, freight/surcharge logic, price lists)

  • Banking integrations:

  • Bank statements (BAI2/MT940/CAMT), payment formats, lockbox

  • Experience working with technical teams on RICE components

Strong production support, troubleshooting, SQL validation skills.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Experience in integration with third-party systems (e.g., Billtrust, banking platforms).
Knowledge of MT940, EDI 810, and payment processing workflows.
Familiarity with data migration strategies and performance tuning.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior consultants.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
