Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant _ Service Now Sr. Reporting & Insights Specialist
In this role, you willbe functioning as Sr. Reporting & Insights Specialist and play a critical role in building and supporting the development of business intelligence tools that will produce high-quality people insights, innovative analysis, and data solutions in HCM domain to enhance key Business stakeholders%27 data literacy and analytics capabilities to support decision making for our client. This role is expected to manage/support projects/programs in support of key large projects and provide ad-hoc projects support across the wider team as well as the production of cross-functional dashboards and/or reports when appropriate
Responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation and contribute to team initiatives for efficiency gains, simplify & enhance the user experience
- Lead project or Lead work team for Reporting area acting as SME and influencing and promoting our reporting principle
- Drive recommendations and influence stakeholders to select and use the most efficient reporting tools and solutions to maximize the automation, self-service, and regular delivery of standard reports, KPIs and dashboards
- Leading the HRSD reporting as a thought leader and trusted expert to deliver strategic outcomes and business value, providing analytical reporting and insight support
- Educate end-users on available self-service reporting solutions and provide expertise in the standard reports and dashboards, contributing to building data literacy of teams and data-driven culture
- Design, develop & Deploy reporting prototype partnering with functional reporting SMEs and key stakeholders
- Building & developing effective solutions using a range of data transformation & analytic tools in response to business requirements
- Leverage opportunities to drive standardization, automation, and self-service within reporting processes
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the SNOW platform for reporting and dashboard
- In partnership with functional & process leads, design & align on a roadmap of deployment of the new reporting and insights solutions for the defined domain, govern and validate new requirements and ensure the execution

Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Experience in Service Now Reporting and dashboard
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Advance knowledge in Service Now HRSD reporting and visualization tools (ability to keep informed about leading edge technologies and their application to workforce metrics)
- Strong understanding of data structures and reporting within HR domain.
- Ability to leverage Service Now Community for innovative ideas and best practices.
- Knowledge of industry best practices adopted by other customers
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information from different sources with attention to detail and accuracy
- Candidate should be proficient in creating reports, dashboards and expert in platform analytics environment
