Job Title: Principal Expert – Information Technology

Role Summary:

The Principal Expert – IT will lead, manage, and provide strategic direction for IT and IT-enabled services projects. The role involves overseeing project execution, aligning IT initiatives with organizational goals, managing resources and budgets, mentoring team members, and ensuring compliance with technical standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership & Management:

• Lead IT and IT-enabled services projects from planning through execution.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure successful project completion.

Technical Strategy & Guidance:

• Provide expert guidance on IT strategy, system design, and implementation.
• Support decision-making through technical expertise and analytical insights.
• Ensure alignment of IT initiatives with organizational goals.

Stakeholder & Team Coordination:

• Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Mentor and guide team members to enhance performance and skill development.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across projects.

Compliance & Best Practices:

• Ensure adherence to organizational standards, policies, and IT best practices.
• Maintain proper documentation, reporting, and knowledge management.
• Monitor emerging technologies and recommend solutions for IT optimization.
