Principal Consultant - Full stack developer

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop scalable full-stack applications from design to deployment.

• Lead technical design discussions and define best practices for full-stack development.

• Guide and mentor junior developers,reviewingcode for quality and scalability.

• Build secure, high-performance APIs and integrate with modern front-end frameworks.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and designers to align technical solutions with business goals.

• Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud deployment strategies.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• Expertise in at least one backend stack: Python/Django/Flask, Node.js/Express, or Java/Spring Boot.

• Strong knowledge of front-end frameworks (React.js, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js).

• Proficiency with databases (SQL & NoSQL: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).

• Experience with microservices architecture and API design (REST &GraphQL).

• Strong debugging, performance tuning, and security expertise.

• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of event-driven systems and streaming technologies (Kafka, RabbitMQ).

• Familiarity with DevOps and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible).

• Exposure to big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) or real-time processing.

• Understanding ofsystem design and architecture patterns.

• Leadership experience in driving full-stack engineering teams.
