Principal Architect

Requirements Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong command of architectural principles, urban design, and project planning.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, and BIM workflows.
• Thorough knowledge of local and national construction codes and green building standards.
• Excellent visualization, presentation, and communication skills.
• Leadership and team management capabilities with a focus on quality and innovation.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.

Preferred Background:

• Experience in high-rise residential, gated communities, commercial complexes, and institutional projects.
• Exposure to design coordination, project approvals, and site execution.
• Certification in green buildings, LEED, or IGBC (preferred but not mandatory).
