Job Description
Responsibilities
• Lead the design and implementation of complex Field Service solutions that meet the specific needs HP Field and Channel teams.
• Deep understanding of Field Service core functionalities, including work orders, scheduling, resource management, mobile capabilities, and offline functionality.
• Work closely with end users, business analysts and developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and integration specifications.
• Lead and conduct architecture and security reviews of Field Service solution.
• Conduct performance reviews and identify opportunities for optimization within the Field Service solution.
• Stay up to date on the latest advancements in Dynamics 365 Field Service and related technologies.
• Mentor and guide junior team members on best practices for Field Service implementation.
• Understanding Microsoft Field Service product roadmap and demonstrating the new capabilities of Dynamics 365 Field Service to HP team.
• Effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Field Service (formerly Dynamics 365 for Field Service).
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing complex Field Service solutions (preferably clients size/scale of HP)
• In-depth knowledge of Field Service core functionalities, workflows, and configuration options.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns and best practices for connecting Field Service with other business systems.
• Experience with Azure technologies, such as Azure Functions and Logic Apps, is a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitFlow) and IaaC (Terraform) required.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience mentoring and leading junior team members is preferred.
