Principal Analyst GBS Commercial

• Support the financial and commercial management of Global Business Services (GBS), ensuring accurate reporting, governance, and cost transparency.
• Perform detailed financial analysis, cost modeling, and tracking of service delivery performance across GBS functions.
• Assist in developing and maintaining service-level agreements (SLAs), chargeback mechanisms, and cost allocation models.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and business teams to ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Monitor and report on commercial KPIs, identifying areas for operational and financial improvement.
• Support business case development, value realization, and benefit tracking for GBS initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, policies, and audit requirements across all commercial activities.
• Prepare executive-level dashboards, presentations, and insights for senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives within the commercial finance function.
• Act as a trusted advisor to internal teams, offering insights that support strategic and operational decisions.
