Key Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-line support for Oracle Primavera Unifier, diagnosing and resolving technical and functional issues.
• Manage user access, permissions, and security roles within the Unifier application.
• Collaborate with internal business stakeholders to understand requirements and assist with configuration and customization of business processes.
• Monitor system performance, perform routine maintenance, and proactively identify potential issues.
• Document support activities, resolutions, and process changes.
• Liaise with Oracle Support for escalation and resolution of complex issues.
• Assist with user training and creation of support materials as needed.
• Participate in system upgrades, patching, and integration testing.
• Ensure adherence to security, privacy, and compliance requirements in all system activities.
