Carry out Press operation for forging of jobs
- Manage shift activities and complete assigned tasks
- Ensure safety of associates & equipment health
- Maintain record of forging operation & job dimension
- Carry out TBT
- Co-ordinate with Maintenance for Preventive maintenance planning or breakdown of equipment
- Co-ordinate with EDRC for document related issues
- Co-ordinate with Fettling & HT shop for subsequent activities
- Carry out TPM of Press & Manipulator
- Discard Loading & Shifting to SMS
- Scanning & uploading of documents in common folder
- Scanning & uploading of documents in online Traveller system
- ERP Punching (Machine Hours, Scrap Generation, Project Closing, Tool & Furnace Support Life)
Location - Hazira , Surat
Qulification - Diploma, BE, BTech (Mechanical, Production)
