• Strong analytical and consulting skills to identify client needs and craft suitable solutions.
• Experience in bidding on international projects and handling global clients.
• Demonstrated success in consistently winning projects through bidding and achieving corporate targets.
• Proficiency in identifying bidding opportunities, crafting tailored proposals, and successfully securing projects via platforms like GEM, UNGM, or similar.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify and explain complex technical concepts to cross-functional audiences.
• Prior experience in preparing technical proposals and leading presales activities.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
• Customer service mindset, with a focus on delivering value and building trust.
• Proficiency in procurement and bidding platforms (e.g., GEM, UNGM) is an advantage.
• Strong technical understanding and familiarity with software development, cloud technologies, digital transformation services, data analytics, and AI-driven solutions.
