Job Description
As a Presales Executive, you will be the technical and functional liaison between our sales team and prospective clients. You will be instrumental in the sales cycle, providing expert knowledge of our ERP solutions, understanding client challenges, and demonstrating how our products can solve them. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a strategic mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling and customized ERP product demonstrations that are tailored to the specific business needs of each client.
- Needs Analysis: Engage with prospective clients to meticulously gather and analyze their business requirements, pain points, and objectives.
- Solution Design: Design and articulate customized ERP solutions that align with client expectations and provide tangible business value.
- Documentation & Proposals: Prepare and deliver professional proposals, presentations, and comprehensive documentation to support the sales process.
- Client Management: Coordinate and maintain consistent follow-up with clients throughout the entire presales and sales lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and informed journey.
- Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates of our ERP products to serve as a subject matter expert.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: Proven experience in an ERP presales or implementation role is essential. Experience within the transport and logistics domain is highly preferred.
- Communication & Presentation: Exceptional communication, presentation, and documentation skills are a must.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and a solution-oriented mindset with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical solutions.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with MS Office suite; prior experience with CRM tools is a plus.
- Travel: Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
