Key Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction: Attend to inquiries from clients and provide timely responses.
• Quotation Preparation: Prepare accurate and professional quotations as per client requirements.
• Query Resolution: Solve client queries and provide necessary assistance throughout the process.
• Order Follow-up: Follow up with clients until the order is finalized.
• Coordination: Liaise with backend teams and clients to ensure smooth delivery and documentation processes.
• CRM Management: Update reports and maintain accurate client records in the CRM software.
