Job Description

The Presales/Estimation Executive will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by providing accurate estimates and proposals for potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimation processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates based on project specifications and client needs.
  • Conduct market research to gather data on competitors and industry standards for pricing and services.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations for potential clients.
  • Support the sales team during client meetings and negotiations by providing technical insights and clarifications.
  • Maintain and update estimation databases and documentation for future reference.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in presales, estimation, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in estimation software and tools.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills to prepare cost estimates accurately.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and practices related to pricing and project estimation.
