Presales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze IT infrastructure requirements and design appropriate cost-effective solutions
• Design end-to-end IT infrastructure solutions including Transition & Transformation components
• Maintain up-to-date functional and technical knowledge of virtualization and server technologies
• Build solution documents, effort estimates, and pricing proposals
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and partner managers to provide complete solutions to customers
• Identify transformational service opportunities and key IT issues for customers
• Assist sales teams with RFX requests, statements of work, and technical consulting
• Provide pre-sale consulting and post-sales support with technical expertise
