Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop bid strategies and build opportunities from scratch in collaboration with the Business Development team
- Conceptualize solutions and create representations through PowerPoint
- Take ownership of proposal delivery, ensuring on-time completion, quality, and 100% compliance
- Define and implement bid plans including schedules, resource allocation, and budgets
- Ensure adherence to company processes and procedures
- Interface with internal teams, SMEs, and external stakeholders to compile compelling bids, including price negotiation
- Represent the company in client meetings and product/solution demonstrations
- Analyze bid pricing competitiveness and provide benchmarking data
- Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Guide and mentor team members to improve skills and ensure quality, timely deliverables
- Conduct internal sessions on best practices
- Provide support to cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Marketing, BSS) when needed
- Ensure 100% repository updates and MIS compliance for the entire team
