Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop bid strategies and build opportunities from scratch in collaboration with the Business Development team
  • Conceptualize solutions and create representations through PowerPoint
  • Take ownership of proposal delivery, ensuring on-time completion, quality, and 100% compliance
  • Define and implement bid plans including schedules, resource allocation, and budgets
  • Ensure adherence to company processes and procedures
  • Interface with internal teams, SMEs, and external stakeholders to compile compelling bids, including price negotiation
  • Represent the company in client meetings and product/solution demonstrations
  • Analyze bid pricing competitiveness and provide benchmarking data
  • Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Guide and mentor team members to improve skills and ensure quality, timely deliverables
  • Conduct internal sessions on best practices
  • Provide support to cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Marketing, BSS) when needed
  • Ensure 100% repository updates and MIS compliance for the entire team
