Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Business Development team to develop winning bid strategies and build opportunities from inception
- Conceptualize technical and business solutions and represent them through effective presentations
- Own the end-to-end delivery of proposals ensuring timely submission, high quality, and complete compliance
- Define and execute achievable bid plans including schedules, resource allocation, and budget requirements
- Ensure strict adherence to company processes, standards, and procedures
- Coordinate with internal teams, subject matter experts, and external stakeholders to compile compelling bids, including support in price negotiations
- Represent the organization in client interactions and conduct product or solution demonstrations
- Analyze bid pricing competitiveness and provide benchmarking and market insights
- Manage multiple bid opportunities simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines
- Guide and mentor team members to enhance skills and ensure on-time, quality deliverables
- Conduct internal knowledge-sharing sessions and best practice workshops
- Provide support to cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, Marketing, and BSS as required
- Ensure complete repository updates and MIS compliance across the team
