Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Business Development team to develop winning bid strategies and build opportunities from inception
  • Conceptualize technical and business solutions and represent them through effective presentations
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of proposals ensuring timely submission, high quality, and complete compliance
  • Define and execute achievable bid plans including schedules, resource allocation, and budget requirements
  • Ensure strict adherence to company processes, standards, and procedures
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subject matter experts, and external stakeholders to compile compelling bids, including support in price negotiations
  • Represent the organization in client interactions and conduct product or solution demonstrations
  • Analyze bid pricing competitiveness and provide benchmarking and market insights
  • Manage multiple bid opportunities simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines
  • Guide and mentor team members to enhance skills and ensure on-time, quality deliverables
  • Conduct internal knowledge-sharing sessions and best practice workshops
  • Provide support to cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, Marketing, and BSS as required
  • Ensure complete repository updates and MIS compliance across the team
