Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers through market leads, referrals, and existing customer base
• Promote and sell banking products including current and savings accounts and other liability products
• Achieve personal banking income targets on MTD and YTD basis
• Drive branch sales performance to meet overall business targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance retention and cross-selling opportunities
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable financial solutions
• Conduct field sales activities to generate business opportunities
• Collaborate with branch teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery
• Maintain accurate sales records and reporting
