Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct software product demos and presentations to senior stakeholders, including CXO-level clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to support client acquisition through product understanding and solution positioning
- Create compelling product decks, presentations, proposals, and USP pitches tailored to client needs
- Perform competitive analysis, market research, and analytics reporting to aid positioning and pricing strategies
- Understand and explain software features, integrations, and benefits with a strong grasp of the product roadmap
- Support pre-sales lifecycle from qualification to solution fitment and technical alignment
- Stay updated with digital media trends and be able to incorporate digital touchpoints in the customer journey
- Liaise with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Tech) to relay customer feedback and ensure alignment
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all client-facing pre-sales documentation
Candidate Profile:
- Prior experience in software sales or pre-sales is a must
- Exposure to HIMS (Hospital Information Management Systems) or the healthcare industry is desirable
- Strong communication skills – both oral and written, with confidence to engage CXOs and decision-makers
- Analytical mindset with the ability to create and interpret reports, dashboards, and competitor benchmarks
- Familiarity with digital tools, platforms, and media usage
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi and South Indian languages is an added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Willingness to travel frequently as part of the role
