Pre Primary Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the pre-primary teaching team and ensure curriculum delivery aligns with early childhood education standards
• Support and guide teachers in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate learning experiences
• Monitor and assess classroom practices to ensure high-quality learning and nurturing environments
• Facilitate regular teacher training and professional development sessions
• Collaborate with school leadership and parents to support student growth and well-being
• Utilize digital tools for planning, communication, and teaching support
• Drive innovation in classroom practices by introducing creative and effective teaching methodologies
• Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene standards in the pre-primary section
• Coordinate events, celebrations, and parent engagement activities for the pre-primary wing

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education / B.Ed. or equivalent

Experience:

• 3–5 years of teaching experience in a pre-primary setting
• Prior experience in a leadership or coordinator role is highly desirable
