Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute PR strategies aligned with overall marketing goals
  • Draft press releases, media kits, Q&As, briefing documents, and executive bios
  • Build and maintain relationships with key journalists, media outlets, and influencers
  • Secure high-impact media coverage in top-tier, trade, and regional publications
  • Manage external PR agencies or freelancers as needed
  • Monitor media coverage, industry trends, and competitor activity
  • Handle crisis communications and reputation management when required
  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, HR) to align messaging
  • Organize press events, media briefings, and speaking engagements for executives
  • Report on PR performance metrics and media ROI

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
  • 3–7 years of experience in a public relations or media role (in-house or agency)
  • Proven track record of securing media coverage
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong media network and understanding of media landscape
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
