PR Associate

Key Responsibilities

 External Communications

• Support the planning and execution of multi-channel communication strategies to elevate brand presence
• Write, edit, and distribute compelling content including press releases, blogs, newsletters, website copy, and social media posts
• Collaborate with creative and business teams to produce cohesive digital and print communication materials
• Regularly update and maintain content across website and social media channels for accuracy and relevance
• Assist in organizing external-facing events such as press conferences, product announcements, and public engagements
• Coordinate responses to media inquiries and manage stakeholder communications in alignment with company messaging

Internal Communications

• Develop and execute internal communication strategies that align employees with organizational goals and values
• Draft and manage internal updates, newsletters, and announcements
• Support internal events like town halls, team meetings, and webinars to ensure effective and consistent messaging

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in a communications, PR, or content-focused role
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Proficiency with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills
