Job Description

  • Brief Requirements:Drive end-to-end PR campaigns for hospital launches and diagnostic GTMs as a support function
  • Thought leadership for founders and clinical team
  • Drive conversations in regional and national healthcare media for Tier 1 expansion
  • Build a strong story around clinical outcomes and managed care services
  • Create a consolidated personal branding plan for founders and clinical team (across online / offline / LinkedIn / media / op-eds)
  • Media narrative building around AI tech, transparent billing, and healthcare innovation
  • Position the brand as a category-defining, health-first platform that goes beyond insurance
  • Ensure recurring stories on mainstream, healthcare, startup media throughout the year, not just around fund-raise and product launches
  • Increase investor visibility and increased awareness among consumers (B2C)

Key Deliverables:

  • 10+ Tier-1 media mentions in next 6 months
  • 5+ thought leadership expert interviews (podcasts, news forums, offline discussions)
  • Featured authored articles of empanelled doctors across all healthcare-related media
  • Press release feature for all the hospital-related launches in the next 6 months on healthcare, startup media
  • Social mentions of brand & founders on media publications/journalists handles

Important Channels/Platforms:

  • Mainstream business media: Mint, Financial Express, The Economic Times, CNBC-TV1, Business Today, Money Control, Economic Times, TOI
  • LinkedIn: Thought leadership and hiring (ensure publications amplify the stories via their social channels)
  • Health-tech media: Inc42, YourStory, The Ken, The Morning Context, The CapTable
  • Podcasts: Blume Day One, WTF by Nikhil, their own devices

Agency Requirements:

Strong PR experience in healthcare or health-tech

  • Ability to drive media across mainstream business, startup, and healthcare publications
  • Comfort handling clinical outcomes data with care
  • Must support thought leadership content, podcast bookings, op-eds, founder positioning
  • Should align with the brand s tone: grounded, trust-building, clinical realism over hype
